How do you charge?

There is a minimum labor charge of $150. This fee covers up to the first two hours of service including time sourcing any necessary materials. This fee covers labor only and does not include any materials necessary to complete the job. Most jobs are bid upon and a final price agreed to before work begins. In instances where work is begun without an agreed upon price a standard labor rate of $75/hr will apply and will include time spent sourcing any necessary materials.

What all do you do?

It’s easier to explain what OJBG doesn’t do. Any plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc. work that typically requires a specific license will be referred to one of our highly professional partners in their respective industries.
